Game Play Details• Team Leaders are to register 3 members to participate in the competition via emailing to
Events.AuditionSEA@AsiasoftSEA.net• Team Leaders are to email, stating clearly IGN of members participating and also their choice of song.• Each member can only participate ONCE.• Once we have final participation headcount, competition face-off pairing will be planned by AuditionSEA Event Administrator randomly and announced in website and forum.• After weekly battle finishes, the forum will be updated with the results of the team in ladder form.• No appealing of changing match schedule date and time.• Teams who are late for 5 minutes will be disqualified, and opponent team wins immediately. (Walk over)• GM will slide in game message to inform which guild to prepare for guild battle.• Rematch will be decided by GM on case by case basis.
Rules & Regulations• Only registered team can take part in the competition.• Every participant can only join once. Players are not allowed to quit team and join another team for the same competition.• Participants who registered for Team competition, must turn up. If less than 3 players for the team turns up for the face-off battle, team is automatically disqualified by GM.• Prizes will be credited into the winner’s game account within 3 days after the final result news is up on the website.• Failure to listen to GM instruction in game will be kicked out of the room.• Vulgarities will not be tolerance and will be ban for playing the event.• Players who use offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc will result in disqualification & disciplinary dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy • Team members that registered are advised not to change their IGN before they receive their rewards.• GM's decision is final.
Prizes:Champion: 500 000 each + Rare Avatar + Special space on website for ranking recognition.1st Runner Up: 300 000 Dens each + New Avatar + Special space on website for ranking recognition.2nd Runner Up: 100 000 Dens + New Avatar + Special space on website for ranking recognition.All teams who did not win: Choose a lucky mystery Prizes.
Lucky Mystery Prizes:ALL Teams who did not win will be entitled with a Bonus lucky mystery prize. The Team will choose a GM of their choice to send the mystery prizes to them. Only one choice is allowed for each Team.
